A community cancer awareness program at Norail, educating local residents on prevention, early detection and the support services available to them.
CCI Foundation organized a community cancer awareness program at Norail in 2024, taking information about cancer out of the capital and directly to local residents.
The session covered how cancer can be prevented, the early warning signs that should never be ignored, why early detection matters, and the support services available to patients and their families.
Awareness leaflets were handed out so families could take the key messages home and share them with their neighbours.
